What bothers me a lot in my area is guys having their dogs in the back of a pickup when it's hot out.
It's like they don't realize that steel bed is like a frying pan when it's sitting in the sun in a hot parking lot.
Even some dog walkers don't realize that concrete and blacktop can burn their dogs' feet when it's really hot out.
And to leave a small child in a hot car is unconscionable.
