I love this idea cuz 99% of the takers will be Democrats. That's cuz Democrats are notorious for being miserly skinflint tightwad cheapskates who LOVE free stuff and CANNOT pass it up under ANY circumstances whatsoever. And hopefully the proprietor will accept seeing the scar if they don't have a note from their doctor.

You're not fully vasected until 14 days later. Then in 3 months you'll need a booster. That's when they cut off your dick. Don't ask if that is safe or neccessary. Fauci said it is.
