Take his guns before he shoots someone.

There are a lot of people in this country who should not own guns.
He is one of them.
THOSE are the people who should have their guns taken away and be locked up for a long, long time.
This was a red flag on this particular individual and it should be followed up on and not wait for him to do something insane.
