If they did that without just cause, throw their asses in prison for life for all I care.
But if he initiated all of that because he didn't want a ticket, throw his ass in jail.
The dash cams and body cams should show what really happened.

The training certainly wasn't at home, ALWAYS ALWAYS obey the police, I learned that a long time ago. Never ever run fom the police, you are going to lose.
