Can you imagine that with all that's going on in the world and in this country and in Kalamazoo that somebody in the Democrat Administration of Kalamazoo said "Hey! I got an idea! It'll be great for tourism! Let's allow people to take a sh!t on the sidewalk!" And then somebody yells out "I second that motion!" And the whole Council breaks out in cheers.

Democrats call it logic, sane people call it what it is - Mental Illness.
