He should have been in jail for all those previous crimes and we don't even know what the "sealed" crimes were. But this is life under Democrats. They love the bad guys. They want to defund the police and elect George Soros DA's that just release everybody with no bail or just don't charge them at all. This is the result you get under those Democrat policies.
