As for me, I don't regret taking it since I refused to take even the first dose. Refused to wear a face diaper. And never had covfefe-19! Did have a case of the sniffles last October but increased my daily Vitamin C intake and knocked it on out in a few days.

A healthy dose of outside doesn't hurt either.

Unfortunately I have to confess, I am one who regrets taking the first one and the second job. Although the curcumin has helped a lot, it's still not the same as when I was living in southwest florida. My poor heart. Any kind of physical movement increases my heartbeat. I told myself many times when I was in florida, don't do it based on my research, whith the myocarditis that I learned during my research, knowing full well I just got over palpitations by using listerine. My general well-being is gone forever. I should have never moved back to california, and let my sister fight it out alone with my remote help for Florida financially. Oh well... thanks a lot sis.

Several of my friends that listened to me are thankful. The others have been sick on and off lots of ailments, heart attacks, blood poisoning, ridiculous.
