Why'd they let it get up to 11,000 before putting a stop to it? There's clearly a mental health issue going on that could have been nipped in the bud before getting up the 11,000 nuisance calls. Fool me once, shame on you. Fool me for the 11,000th time...

They need to justify their budget. 10% of their calls were from this miserable lunatic with too much time on her hands. She should get a job in telemarketing she would have purpose and make some money.
