Dizzoner the Penguin

Published:

Or maybe "life imitating art". It was a Batman episode from 1966 that was on MeTV tonight. Batman and the Penguin were running for mayor of Gotham City and the Penguin used every trick in his book to win the election and the polls had him winning 65% to 35%. Batman wasn't worried because he had "confidence in voters".

When it became apparent the Penguin would lose, he kidnapped the election officials and threatened to push them out of plane over Antarctica if they didn't change the results.

It took over 50 years, but real life imitated art.

* Perhaps our fallen one got the idea from that episode.  One thing is for sure- even a seasoned politician would have thought twice about attempting anything as daring as the Commander in Thief. He had to have observed his weak minded minions to count on them to do his bidding.
*Hitler proved it was possible & 45 saw an opening & took it.

Saw where one of resident liars, Kool-Aid drinking, and habitual whinner mistakenly thought his blog ban was lifted after commenting on my blog entry a couple of times. The only thing that changed was after the site change, some private and personal controls needed refreshed.

Because of it finally had the chance to address the lies Coin Toss posted about my miliary service.  The old fool not only posted lies, but also used his lies to accuse me of "stolen valor".

The last time I looked, three people are banned from commenting on my blog entries because they can't or won't comment without childish name calling. Don't mind misinformation because almost every article has a bias so their info biased.

"Perhaps our fallen one got the idea from that episode."

After the Penguin and the Goons were sent to prison, Batman began getting calls asking him to run for various political offices including for President in1968. And that 1966 episode was 14 years before our famous "celebrity President", the one that didn't lose the popular vote twice.

There is no proof that W or Jeb Bush made "offers they couldn't refuse" to any of the Florida election board officials in 2000 or Al Gore saying there was and spending the next two years promoting lies with zero proof.

Maybe Trump was playing the part of fictional President Merkin Muffley or more likely Dr. Strangelove without the "alien right" arm.
