Published:

Is there any advantage to purchasing your lotto tickets prior to the draw date, or any specific time before the actual drawing of the numbers?

It's important to buy tickets as early as possible because if you wait till the end, most of the good combos will be bought out...LOL

Pac, you are sooooo bad!!   No, Berniecpa. IMHO it's random. However, like you, I've played around with the "system" by purchasing tickets at different hours of the day or night. Sometimes I wonder if I walk into 7-11 at 10:30 and ask for a QP, I might have a better chance, but when I use logic, it doesn't sound very rational. So I don't think it matters at all, since the drawing is anevent that hasn't yet happened, so how do you plan for something like that? Some people think buying a raffle ticket at the beginning or end makes a difference, since there are a set amount of tickets, but I doubt it.

Yes, Pac. I applied for a government grant and they sent me to the guy with all the question marks on his shirt.

Just for fun I went to a seminar on governemtn grants (not a Mathew Lesko one either- he's the guy with the question marks) and get this, there's a grant set aside for convicted felons who have served their time!
