I guess police don't use common sense anymore, everything has to be by the book. There was no need to cuff that man or take him in and charge him. Especially after the neighbor vouched for him and his wife and daughter came out and showed his ID. That was ridiculous.

Wow! When I read the title I expected to see a story about some guy peeing on his neighbors flowers.

Then I watched the video and that is just stupid.  I wonder if that is a small town and if those police didn't have something better that they could have been doing.  I also wonder if they investigated the person who called him in.

How does someone in the neghborhood not recognize their neighbors?
Maybe the neighbor that called it in has a beef with the Pastor.
