Leftists there like our Leftist Democrats here have no compassion for anybody they can possibly exert CONTROL over. It's too pleasurable an experience to pass up. They don't possess the capacity of giving a rat's ass if someone's life is destroyed by their actions. They can't help themselves. Their brains are hardwired to CONTROL.

It's part of the great reset. You will own nothing and be happy.

So give him the permit if that's what he needs. I guess they would prefer him to be living under a tarp on some sidewalk, with all the derelicts.
