It's only for Texas. There's a difference between free speech, and spewing misinformation. There has to be a line drawn somewhere. Those companies are privately owned, they can do whatever the hell they want.

First of all, they are publicly traded companies, and half the country doesn't get to be the only people who get to speak.

So what if they are publicly trading? They still have rules to abide with. You can't just walk into McDonald's and constantly complain about the food causing a disturbance.

Going on Twitter and constantly raving about how the election was stolen is considered Spewing misinformation. This kind of behavior is what leads up to people storming the capital. And the right wing bobbleheads on Fox news, News max, and all the right-wing conspiracy sites also help in causing chaos. Even the orange Clump said it recently himself, if I get indicted, really bad things will happen, it's like a ;-) to his supporters that you can storm the capital again, and kill cops and anybody who's on the left.

It's one thing to go on Twitter and say I don't agree with the left policies, it's another thing to go on Twitter to spew information that has already been fact checked to be wrong.

Yeah, and who's doing the fact checking?
