These are the policies that Democrats have put in place. You can chase and terrify innocent people with an ax inside a McDonald's and chop up tables and glass and do whatever you want and the Democrats will release you right back out on the street to do it again with no bail required.

Is this the kind of life people in New York and other Democrat run cities really want? I don't get it.
