And the people of New York seeks $250 million in penalties. Found a copy of the actual lawsuit. For those following along, this is civil and not a criminal lawsuit.

But the "Orange one" told Hannity he told the banks the filings might not be 100% accurate and they should have checked AFTER they gave him the loan.
