"The appeals court also pointedly noted that Trump had presented no evidence that he had declassified the sensitive records, as he maintained as recently as Wednesday, and rejected the possibility that Trump could have an "individual interest in or need for" the roughly 100 documents with classification markings that were seized by the FBI in its Aug. 8 search of the Palm Beach property."

Regardless of his weird claims that he could declassify the documents by simply thinking about doing it, the Appeals Court ruled the documents belong to the People.

* To think 2 of those justices were appointed by Trump. They essentially said that Judge Cannon is a Moron.

Did you see the look on Hannity's face when Trump said the FBI was looking for Hillary's emails at Mar-A-Lago?

* One is often reminded: If Joe had been beaten in the 2020 Presidential election, would they Democratic Party had stood for him whining about his loss for almost 2 years? Short answer NO!

* Yet Trump has not for a day pulled back on the same old same old “ they robbed me, it was rigged.” What about those recounts the Trump team paid for? Wasn’t that proof enough that he lost? One would think that with the overwhelming evidence of his loss, he would at the very least tell his supporters “ It’s over, we tried.” But l guess to say that is to shut off the revenue stream that flows into 45’s coffers every passing minute. Usually, savvy people will say “ l was taken, but it won’t happen again “ - but not these fools, they special, they love giving money, it keeps the dream alive.

Because none of the others that lost reelection faced criminal and civil charges. After being impeached the second time and told his term was over on Jan 20, instead of giving classified documents and Presidential papers to the National Archives, his people packed them up and sent them to Mar-A-Lago. While else was Trump the first President since Nixon not to release their full tax return to the public?

Trump and his MAGA followers are pawns the GOP are using trying to keep their brand of politics viable. Because of Trump, the Republican Party carry Supreme and Federal Court judges "around in their pockets, like so many nickels and dimes".

The GOP use people like Steve Bannon and Alex Jones to help spread the MAGA lies along with a few House reps and Senators. And as long as there are enough gullible people to believe them, it will continue.
