Organic Chemistry requires a lot of memorization in order to succeed, I scored a B in that course.  You can't BS answers you either know it or you don't.

Sounds like a bunch of snowflakes that got participation trophies when they were younger, are now finding out that's not the case anymore.

Wow, I bet they don't even do much in High School Chem anymore.  I remember those days.

We distilled rum with molasses.  We made jawbreaker sized portions of thiokol even though we were not supposed to.  We learned how to make several poison gasses...spoiler alert nobody got killed.  We were let loose with aqua regia and nobody dissolved any platinum wire.  As I recall my HS chem classes covered just about everything so by the time I got to college I could have APd out of the intro classes but oh well.  Ox/redox ...CHON...organic chem...we even did two weeks of study about illegal drugs.

I can only imagine HS Chem today...class this is a test tube...some people like to stick it up front but others like to stick it up rear...now can anyone tell me what this rubber hose is for???
