* There was a time when the GOO stood for something. Those conservatives back in the day, as in Nixon’s era, took their pledge to the Constitution very serious, so serious in fact that they told Nixon point blank that they could not cover for him & the best solution for the country was for him to resign or get impeached.

* Fast forward to our time & this version of the GOP has sold it’s soul to an entertainer, a brand spanking new individual to politics & who has now hijacked the party of Lincoln and made it his own. In his 2nd term, he had “ no agenda”, just wanted to run out the clock on saying “ l got re elected” so l am not a loser. He counted on the idiots who supported him the 1st time out to return on droves & pull the lever for him once last time.

* Thing is, it did not work out that way & when he lost- he blamed the institution, not his lack of commitment to the voters. He forgot that he suggested that disinfectant could be a life saver, that “ only he could fix this or that.” However the voters had had enough of what they saw & were not prepared to go through the same mess for another 4 years. They guy showed his incompetency when the pandemic hit, yet he expected the voters to trust him once again when he showed his so called leadership skills which were pitiful at best.

The world is relieved that the voters saw through his smoke & mirrors, but the thing is the Maga folk have refused for 2 years to accept reality. It’s nothing new: Jim Jones followers left the US for a jungle setting & many thought them crazy. What then of these Maga supporters? Huh huh?
