Ukraine is one of the most corrupt countries on the planet, and has been for a long time. Our gov't has been laundering their money there for decades. The war is about shutting that down and getting rid of the biolabs we are sponsering there, because Putin doesn't want them in his backyard. Would you want China to build several Wuhan labs in Nevada next to you?  We had the same thing in a way with the Cuban Missle crisis. Trump is trying to expose the money laundering op, that's one reason they are trying so hard to get rid of him so he can't run again.
