Luvly Peoples...Thank you all so very much for your inquiries.  Yes Ms. Pat that was me.  I have spent the better part of my 4 days off responding to replies to this post. It would be kinda difficult to hold a seminar because we are all in such different places.  But the basic keys to the book are as follows. When a number falls for your state find every combination of that number and look at the top and bottom of each column associated with each combination.

Write the top and bottom numbers down. These are key numbers that "follow" the number that fell.

For instance the number 128 has fallen several times. Here is the rundown for the 128.

 At some point this week one of these numbers should visit you.  I'm looking really hard at the 168. 

Now take a number from your state for June 16 and/or 17 of Last year.  Do the rundown on it.  There should be a number in there that is due to be played.  Buying quick picks also help because you can often do a rundown on them and get the current draw's number.  The quick picks seem to be numbers coming from the states history.  Many times two of the numbers will be in the quick pick itself.

There's more but this is the basic jist of it.

RUNDOWN KEY NUMBER DEFINED: A three digit number found at the top and bottom of a column.  In the example above the key numbers are 239 and 017 for the Minus Column of numbers (note: the Minus Column numbers never change only the position of the number).  The Plus columns top and bottoms are located in red.  Go to page 18.  Locate the number 128..Right under you will see the 241 at the bottom of the column you will see the 005.  Either of these numbers could fall in your state within the next few days.  Now go to page 65.  Locate the 821 the top number is 944 and the bottom number is 708.  Do any of these numbers look familiar to you?

Basically all that you are doing is "running down" the column and up the column to find a number that you can play.  Some states take a long time to pull a number from the run down list of a number though.  Like California for instance.

If you have time look at the number 632 that fell on June 7 gave California the 557 and the 050 on the June 13.  Now had you completed the rundown for the 632 when it fell then within a week's time you could possible have had two hits.
