The documents were found in a locked closet in his office that he had since 2017 after he left the WH. Which means he took them when he left, over 5 years ago. But he doesn't know how they got there.  Yeah right... That sounds like bull sh1t to me.
One more thing that doesn't make sense. He used the office from mid 2017 till the start of his 2020 campaign. But they didn't find them until Nov 2, 2022. So who had access to the office from mid 2020 till Nov 2022? And why didn't they clean out the office and closet in 2020?

From the NYT article linked below.   "He also distanced himself from the matter, suggesting that someone else had brought the files there without his knowledge."
So the obvious questions should be,
1) How did someone else get the keys to a locked closet in his office? And who was it?
2) What other classified documents did this other person have access to?
3) Why did Biden have them all this time?
4) How do we know there wasn't more documents in the closet than they are telling us?
5) How do we know he doesn't have other classified documents at his home in Delaware?
6) When will the FBI raid his home to find out for sure?

I guess this means that he will give out his office keys to anybody who asks for them. And yet we trust him with the security of our nation and the nuclear codes. Holy cow!!
