This is what happens when you have mail in ballots, and NOT election day only, ID required voting.
You get voter fraud. Some may say it was just a local race, it doesn't matter. Yeah it does matter.
Because if it can happen locally it can happen anywhere, even with higher elections such as  governor, congress, and so on.  And if this person was not caught, how do we know he wouldn't do the same thing if he had ran for higher office later on.
Bottom line, every time this happens it erodes our trust in our election system a little bit more and shows why mail in voting should be abolished completely, with the only exceptions being for overseas personal or the physically disabled.
