* Weird- this woman was part of the theft ring, and because LG said she would pay a reward with " no questions asked" this thief felt that she should still be compensated or paid in full after she returned the dog. Isn't that like showing up to a bank you robbed a few days later and returned the money hoping to get a handshake and a " job well done?
