It's an ethical and moral term used to describe the decision a journalist must make about whether or not to write and print a newspaper story that may or may not ultimately prove to be true and that may or may not damage an individual's reputation.

And Fox Entertainment News will claim that is exactly how they reported about Dominion. Fox's problem is their documents prove their reporting was malicious. Pretty sure Rupert Murdoch will settle with Dominion and fire most of his entertainers.

* Anything for ratings. It's like actresses reportedly sleeping with director's of their movies in order to get a starring role.

Lots of legal experts are saying Murdoch should just settle and acknowledge his employees were lying. However, saving his butt by simply saying they knew Dominion didn't tamper with votes, will destroy Trump.
