During Bush the sandwich, fries, and drink meals started at $2.99 for the whole meal.  Over about 20 years by the end of the Trump admin they were $7 and change.  I hadn't been to a fast food place in a long time so I thought I would save some money but when I went to Burger King to get a meal it was $12.50 thanks to FJB and his inflation.

I have not been back again yet and don't intend to try any of the other chains because I figure they are just as ridiculous.

Which reminds me I went t Walmart a few days ago and I was quite literally stunned by how high the prices at Walmart are.  The sizes are smaller, the prices are higher and the selection isn't even half what it used to be.  I left believing that Walmart is prepping our local store to close.

Either that or they are trying to make us pay for all the theft in the metro areas and I am just not going to pay those prices!
