* What a lot of people seem to forget is that when he said the election was rigged & he worked to get a 2nd term- that he was giving the majority who voted against him the “ middle finger “ by essentially saying “ Screw your vote for Joe” l am going to stay put whether you like it or not.

Looking back at past Presidential election there was always something the loser said or did that affected the outcome. In 1968 the issue was the Vietnam war and Humphry waited until the last days to come out against it. Ford was DOA after he pardoned Nixon and Carter inherited Ford's stagnate economy and failed to get the hostages out of Iran. Wille Horton was Dukakis' Waterloo while "read my lips" and Ross Perot kicked H.W. Bush out of the White House. Al Gore didn't even win his home state Tennessee and McCain had Palin.

Whether or not Hillary was guilty of anything didn't change the fact it was very easy for Trump to attack her. When her campaign analyzed why she lost, it was obviously because voters in three states didn't like her. Four years later, those same voters didn't like Trump.

If the New York chargers were Trump's only legal problems, wouldn't mean much to the Kool-Aid drinkers, but it will be a totally different ball game after Mike Pense testifies about Jan 6 and possibly the Georgia phone call.

And the Fox commentators' testimony in the Dominion v Fox News lawsuit certainly won't to any favors for Trump.
