Iregularly  commuted  just 45 minutes from Times Square and Broadway:  the Increased runaway crime in todays most alarming trends = seemingly  an acceptance of the breakdown of basic societal a result of declining and diseased current culture norms.   

Don't know if robotic Frankenstein police will make will help the tragic Karmic  cause and affects    :-(
