Talk about a misleading headline! They chose to take the cash value and are whining because it's much lower than the annuity value.

* l love the " only got " statement. There are players that have been chasing any jackpot for decades and constantly coming up empty. They would have to be in the " only got" position when it comes to money coming in instead of going out.
