* Where was the negotiating on the debt ceiling during the Trump years? They had no problem giving Trillions of dollars away to the rich.

When CNN says Obama and Biden are the ones that caused the debt problems, things are bad.

The news said over 40 % of the current debt is tied to the red rug.  Surprised? No.
