Does this mean that I will be able to sue the state of California for reparations when the prices go up in chain stores here to cover the theft in California?

California......That one word says it all about law & order or common sense.  Let's ENCOURAGE theft instead of deterring it. The land of liberal utopia is such a bastion for integrity and moralistic values. Just makes ya wanna pack up the family and move there tomorrow. Maybe bring a tent and find a park to live in for a few years until you get more government finances/freebies. Good for you...Boy is that progress in warp speed.

* Word on the street is that this action is to avoid “ lawsuits.” Go figure, however it’s been said that approaching a shoplifter could result in you being shot or killed. Meaning, the family of the deceased would go after the store in court for you know what. Since some police are more focused on stopping crimes on the street & in neighborhoods, it’s been my observation that they rarely show up  in situations dealing with shoplifting in stores.
* What some stores have done, is hire off duty cops on a regular basis to simply “ stand at the insides of entrances “ as a deterrent. Like l said- go figure.

We had a good Samaritan shot and killed a couple of months ago at a store where I buy my tickets.  The crazy guy was fighting with the clerk and the customer intervened. He was shot dead.  It's a daily situation in this city.  Every thug has a gun.

It's stupid to think free stuff. Really.  Almost every store I buy tickets has people fighting or attacking the clerks.  It doesn't matter if there is security or not these people are on drugs and they have guns.   It's a dangerous job.

Well, if you steal it without paying for it, then it is free. What is so hard to understand about that?

When certain officials in Ca. say you can steal up to $950 worth without even getting arrested it's FREE STUFF!!

Thugs have guns everywhere. Why? They don't get locked up. Why don't they get locked up?
