LOLOLOL...Beautiful....Wonder what it costs the taxpayers for a state government approved crackpipe and sex kit these days ??   Good for you NY !!! Nothing like deterring crime by supporting the criminals with the tools to conduct it.   I wonder how long it will take before someone damages this machine(just because) and/or takes all of the "harm reduction tools" since they are free. Anyone have any knowledge what the resale street value of a government approved crackpipe is going for these days ?
