Disgraceful City Management for  good tax paying  citizens who deserve better protection & safety :-(

I knew they would catch Baltimore...... Thanks for covering my bet ... Glad I didn't put anything on that lower number.

It's amazing how these Democratic run cities don't care about their citizens and yet the people in these cities are lame about doing nothing to better themselves.

A system of government where the least capable to lead are elected by the least capable of producing, and where the members of society least likely to sustain themselves or succeed, are rewarded with goods and services paid for by the confiscated wealth of a diminishing number of producers.

In Baltimore, Police said two 13-year-olds, a 14-year-old, three 15-year-olds, five 16-year-olds, four 17-year-olds, five 18-year-olds, a 19-year-old, a 20-year-old, a 22-year-old, a 23-year-old, a 31-year-old and a 32-year-old were wounded. An 18-year-old woman died at the scene and a 20-year-old died at a local hospital.
Too many kids with guns and a beef. Not a good combination.
