Back in my young days you tried breaking the law your ass would end up in reform school.

How long will it be till he runs someone over and kills them running from the cops? Or starts carrying a gun and murders someone?
Sooner or later he will try to steal the wrong person's car and he will be stopped permanently.

Wonder where he learned his skills in these activities ?? Parents ?  Known associates?  Oh I know, "it's the racist systems fault"....Let's go with the last one. That way baby momma/daddy won't be held accountable.
