Do they teach anything in school anymore besides basic reading, writing and math?
When I was in construction I had to teach a lot of newbies how to read a ruler.

Imagine teaching a slide rule, protractor, or drafting manually. They don't teach cursive, history without being slanted, civics, the Pledge of Allegiance, prayer.......

It's the intentional dumbing down of America so we can't compete against other nations that may wish to do us harm in the future.
