He knows his lawyers asked for bench trial, but is counting on the fact his poorly educated MAGA Kool-Aid drinkers won't even know the difference. By now it should be obvious Trump is trying to tick off a judge so much that his bail is removed, be jailed and a MAGA martyr. Probably hoping his cult will do something even dumber than on Jan 6.
