By now you must have guessed, I love animals (nature)

This morning I saw the most beautiful bird pass me by ever so slowly, while I was thinking he never saw me, then that look with his orange eye caught my eyes as he walked along the cool grass and then I realized he knew I was there, so long legged, long necked , speckled, thin, yet so young and beautiful.

So early I thought for him to be up wondering with only the beach in site, was he lost ? then I remembered ever so clearly his mom was in the exact spot a month ago.

Following in his moms foot steps BUT his mom was much more jittery and scared for she didnt take her time to pass me by she took one look and hopped on the wall and flew away but yet her son came by this morning to say hi with no fear in his eyes.

I know, this is how I saw it, I am not sure I am correct about the mother & son thing but it felt right and so i wrote it.
