Living in a volatile area like they do it would seem to me they would be prepared for such an event like they are going through now. They are not a third world poverty stricken country.
These military conflicts have been going on for decades.

Another thing about Schumer is that he would add in to the aid legislation amendments for funds to finance Dem pet projects.
