Can't find anywhere in Article II (or anywhere else) in the Constitution that gives the President or anyone in the Executive branch the Right to suspend the Constitution. But there are examples of some Rights being suspended during time of war. After Pearl Harbor and the declaration of war with Japan, Japanese Americans were round up and placed in internment camps.

So unless war is declared by Congress on "day one", the Constitution cannot be legally suspended. Just another thing to get the uneducated MAGA riled up hoping they will do something stupid like they did on Jan 6, 2021.
