Whazzz up!  So with this web tool we should be able to organize and win with consistency.  In the least loose less. Ether way sounds good to me. is there detailed scratcher information? A place to post it? By town, game number, scratcher type, times and days, locations? All that jazz so we can know when and where its hot (or not) I'm interested in all lottery data for my home town here in Modesto Ca. I regularly buy tickets and been known to purchase the whole roll sometimes. lately scratchers have been a loosing battle but thats bound to turn around soon. The more facts the better.  Where in the golden state is winning, when and how often.  Someone clue me in as to where we can enter and view info like this. Or is it a pipe dream and the internet a big old conspiracy. Gone as the greatest experiment ever, broke as the ten commandments, a fools errand and so on and forth we go till the wheels come off or blinker fluid runs out.
