If you really fulfill the royal law stated in Scripture, "Love your neighbor as yourself," you are doing well.

So, yeah, I been going through some rough life changes, and my niece and my neighbor checked for me.

I can't repay them for what they did to help me.

But, I can do what they ask of me, "cook them a meal"!

I got both of them today.

So, yeah, here I go!

Baked chicken, Meatloaf, St. Louis style rib "in the crockpot", Smoked Turkey legs, with collard greens, corn bread, baked beans with ground beef, Jiffy mix, lol, butter noodles, making my own cream sauce, potato salad.

I'm going to try and make a 7-up pound cake from scratch, I haven't done it in awhile, but, I think I still got it.

Oh yeah, got those "blackeye peas too, but, not today, maybe tomorrow.

Also, my co-worker that works at FedX, I got to make her a sweet potato pie, she had one yesterday, from this place I know the owner, but, it didn't look too good to me, so I'm see what I can do for her and bring it on Tuesday, lol

I got some Lottery Post members that checked for me also, they know who they are.

I am going to pay my son membership for a year, because, I forget!
And we both have different playing styles.
He win using the calendar, I be trying to teach him other ways, but, I can't knock his hustle, I can only respect what he do, when he hit and check for me, lmaoooooooooooooooooo. So, do what you do.

Oh yeah, I forgot, my niece husband wanted some fish, so I got tilapia, cod, and shrimp, lmaooooooooooo.
I got the shrimp already peeled and deveined, and some different sauces.
So, me and her will try to use the Ninja fryer, or whatever it is, I do not use those new cookers, but, we will see what it do. I have every size cast iron, so, I don't about this air fryer, or whatever it's called. I use my deep cast iron for frying chicken and fish, oooops, I do not even own a deep fryer, lol .
I guess I'm real old school?
We will see what the Ninja do, lol

I am done! Didn't cook everything I had planned, but, enough.

I'll do the rest tomorrow.
