* l am no attorney BUT he was given the option of having either a jury trial or bench judgement. His incompetent attorneys forgot to mark the box- jury trial where he could plead his case.

* As for who was harmed? Well the tax payers of NY who ran businesses based on ethics you confounded moron. When you ran a business you need to be honest, which Trump is not. Listen NG, going back to the election night, when you're ahead by some 200,000 votes at 1 AM in the morning, and then at 5:30 in the morning you're losing by 100,000 votes, that enough to warrant suspicion.
