I need that hour back.

I was up early, but, I didn't start cooking, although I had a request for some beef stew, and some chicken for a pot luck, yikes.

The beef stew in the crockpot now, I had it on the stove earlier, now, it's just simmering so all the seasonings can be involved.

When this baked chicken is almost done, I will add the cream of chicken soup, with herbs, and let it cook more.

JIffy mix on the menu!
