TN's Scrambled Lottery Puzzle Info

I am going to post this information about TN's puzzles.  You will NOT SEE the standard puzzle format because it just does not exist!!  Tn is running a VERY BIASED type of pic 3 right now.  This information, when used correctly, CAN be used to get you a hit.  I have simplified it as much as possible.  For this post, I am going to use Position 1 (POS1), Position 2 (POS2) and Position 3 (POS 3).
