Sure looks like it. Here's ya proof.

At the 32:42 mark in the video Dana Bash starts asking a question about the Middle East and the camera pulls back for a wide angle view. At 32:53 Biden can be seen turning over a sheet of paper on a clip board. You can only see it for 4 seconds before the camera quickly switches back to a close up of Dana Bash. Was he looking at a prepared answer to the question he already knew? You decide.

Doesn't really matter....The houseplant does what he always does and now the whole world has seen it live. AND YOU CAN'T TAKE IT BACK OR UNSEE IT. His own party is now in a sh*tstorm of sending mixed signals. The Senators are worried about their jobs and losing control of that branch of government. Governors(well except for Gavin) are worried about their next run. They don't have a viable candidate for back up to Dementia Puppet Joe. They KNOW and even the polls that they so dearly love are sending them tidal wave warnings for Biden to call it a career..Shame on you JILL BIDEN for forcing your husband to be paraded out and used like this !!!...Convention is in 6 weeks...voting is Nov 5th( 124 days and a wake-up)....Tick Tock libbies...The end for your socialistic democracy is near.....

You guys ever hear of Vincent The Chin Gigante? He was a mob guy in NYC back in the day, used to walk around the streets in his bathrobe talking to himself. Acted like he was crazy but he wasn't. He was so good at it even the shrinks believed he was nuts. He had a brother that was a priest so that added to the credibility. It kept him out of prison for years. Then finally a judge said he was fit to stand trial and he got convicted. And then he finally admitted it was all an act as part of a plea deal to protect his family.
For some reason when I see Biden, something makes me think he's doing the same thing. I may be wrong but it's just a feeling I have about him. With Robert Hur not charging him and the media suddenly turning on him it's all just optics adding to the credibility that he's senile. Actually  I think they are doing it to protect him to keep him out of the slammer.

I should have Gr....but Gotti and Sammy G rendered more of my attention. Along with William Manning and his UFF associates.....This guy takes the cake though....Very ingenious
