If Biden gets removed via the 25th A that means he is mentally incompetent and therefore cannot stand trial on any charges that may be brought against him. Best case scenario is he voluntarily steps down on his own, then the 25th doesn't apply and he can be charged.
But he will not want to leave before Hunter's sentencing hearing so he can pardon him if need be.

* Right, remove a President that is not a convicted felon or a rapist by NY definition, and install the guy that has those charges on hos resume- that's rich. That stain cannot be washed away. Win or lose- he goes to his grave as a disgraced ex President & a con man.

How long did cnn keep telling you Biden is sharp as a tack mentally, he's on top of his game, he does this, he does that?  Then 2 minutes after the debate they were all saying, there's something wrong with him and he needs to step down.
