I am answering this post under the assumption that it's a genuine request.

(1) If we really knew how to win the lottery, we wouldn't be on a board trying to figure it all out!

(2) When I was in my 20s I worked 2 jobs and so did my husband, but we sure knew how to have a good time on Saturday night! Working for a living is just part of life. If the only reason you haven't married your girlfriend is because you're both waiting to hit a big jackpot, you will be picking her up at the nursing home someday.

(3) "What is the best way to play the lottery" you ask. IMHO, if you're working hard and short of cash, the best thing to do is to walk straight past the terminal and put your money in the bank. When you've saved enough to buy a ring (doesn't have to be expensive) get on your knees and tell your girlfriend that her love & friendship means a lot more to you than a million bucks. If she doesn't throw herself into your arms with tears in her eyes, find someone else.
