In the end humans were responsible for this "glitch", they didn't 'QC' the roll out per se, and when stuff is cloud based instead of being locally hosted, so the "bug" manifests in many places at the same time instantaneously, so instead of a butterfly effect you have a quantum effect.

The day this happened, I was getting fuel for the gas cans...The gas pumps werent allowing the credit cards to process. So I wander inside the gas station and there is a lady in there trying to buy 2 packs of cigs. She's been waiting for over 10 mins to pay for this w/her CC. So I tell the clerk that I have cash and I tell her how much on what pump. I load up the 2 cans and as I am about to put the cans back in my vehicle, the woman comes out sputtering that it took almost 20 minutes to pay for her purchase. She was hot under the collar...lol......I had yet to hear the news about this company that day......Can you honestly imagine if someone wants to cause harm to our country.....Just a walk in the park.....How does that eagles song go ????  "Got to carry weapons cause you always carry cash"
