It's part of the dementia. Joe will go down as the 2nd worst POTUS in history. He has got a 5 month vacation and then he can go home to his lovely supporting wife. Have ice cream every day and long naps in the afternoon. Oh Yeah, and the 2 great German Shepherds that bite the SS boys n girls... Having those dogs is the one thing I can appreciate about Brandon.

Now we know why he is so cranky when he makes a night time speech. The 10:00 am to 4:00 pm lid on his day has long passed and he's tired.
Poor baby.
