  • I switched doctors because the doctor I was going to. I didn't like some things about it. He wasn't that bad. He talked first but just too much drama and stuff.

Malto Dextrine, way more dangerous then table sugar.
Processed foods, use Malto Dextrin and Msg.
Lean meats and fish, fresh berries and veggies lots of water.
Exercise, even if it's just a walk.

Oatmeal, boiled eggs, coffee in the  morning.  Do push-ups, light weights every week. Lift 2  to three times a week.  You will lean out. Walmart has affordable weights,  join the  Y.
