These are calculated with PA pick3 evening data only.
If other years are a guideline, this list should produce at least one straight hit and possibly a few boxes, but as with any other system, hindsight is 20/20 and numbers NEVER behave the way you want when you have money on 'em.
I will be playing $1 straight all month (total cost $30)
sofar I am down $1...
stay tuned.
BTW got anew tweak in mind for LRS, gonna see how it backtests... should massively increase the accuracy, because you will see with these numbers, there is no "close", they either win or are WAY off.

I posted them for all states for this first week of sept. and will continue to do so, since they tend to come up everywhere but PA.
